By visiting our site, browsing our tire catalogs, or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to local vehicle modification laws).
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS, PRICING & ACCURACY
Product descriptions, tread patterns, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strongly advise customers to verify their vehicle's exact tire size, load rating, and speed rating requirements before placing an order. We do not warrant that the subjective driving experience, road noise, or traction of any tire will perfectly meet your personal expectations.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We exclusively ship via FedEx to the contiguous United States. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by FedEx logistics, severe weather conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our refund policy is strictly governed by our official Return Policy. You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Tires MUST be unmounted, unused, and in brand-new condition. Unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturer defect or fulfillment error on our part, the customer is responsible for the heavy-freight return shipping costs.
SECTION 6 - ORDER MODIFICATIONS
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and vehicle information for all purchases. You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement. Orders that have already been processed and handed over to FedEx cannot be modified or canceled.
SECTION 7 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TireTreadPro acts solely as a retailer of tires. We do not offer installation services. Proper installation by a certified automotive professional is strictly required. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, property damage, vehicle damage, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: improper tire installation, incorrect sizing, misuse, overloading, racing, road hazards, or normal wear and tear of the tires purchased from our Site.
SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or to upload or transmit malicious code. Site scraping for tire pricing data or inventory is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TireTreadPro is headquartered. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
