Welcome to TireTreadPro! We strive to deliver our premium off-road tires to your hands in the most efficient and transparent way possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how our cross-border supply chain ensures fast delivery for your orders.
1. Where We Ship & Estimated Delivery
We exclusively offer fully tracked FedEx shipping to the contiguous United States.
Our Fulfillment Network: Our business headquarters and sourcing teams are located in Wuxi, China, we source premium tires directly from our manufacturers in China and pre-stock them in bulk at our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center, located at 11599 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, United States. All orders are dispatched directly from our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center via FedEx.
Please note that our Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Estimated Transit Time (shown in the table below). All estimates are in business days.

2. Order Processing
- Step 1 - Order confirmed (Day 0): You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
- Step 2 - Daily order cut-off time: Orders placed before the daily cut-off are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
- Step 3 - Quality check & packing (1-2 business days): Our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center team will inspect and carefully prepare your heavy-duty tires before handing them to FedEx.
- Step 4 - Dispatched & tracking sent: Once your parcel is scanned by FedEx, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking data may take 24-48 hours to fully update in the system.
3. Customs & Import Information
United States:
Because our inventory is already imported in bulk from China and pre-stocked at our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center, there are NO international customs duties, import taxes, or cross-border clearance fees associated with your order. You will never encounter surprise customs charges upon delivery.
Note: If a heavy-freight package is returned to us by FedEx due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the actual FedEx freight cost to reship the tires.
4. Tracking Your Order
Use the FedEx tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may occasionally pause for a day while your large parcels are moving between major domestic distribution hubs—this is completely normal for oversized items like tires.

5. Modifications & Cancellations
⏰ Our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center team works quickly to get your tires on the road! If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@tiretreadpro.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We are unable to modify the destination or cancel the order once our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center has processed the FedEx tracking label.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched from our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Please note that we exclusively ship to the contiguous United States and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or non-contiguous territories (PR, AK, HI, GU, APO/FPO).
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched directly from our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center via FedEx, standard FedEx delivery takes 3-7 business days once dispatched. During peak seasons, please allow an extra 3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. One working day after your parcel is shipped from our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center, you will receive an email with FedEx courier details and your tracking number.
Can I change my address?
Please contact us at support@tiretreadpro.com immediately. We can only change addresses before your item has been dispatched by our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center team.
Do you deliver outside of the US?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We exclusively serve customers within the contiguous United States from our partnered GigaCloud Technology US fulfillment center.
