Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your tire purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your FedEx tracking shows delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


1. Easy Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow our standard 3-step authorization process:

  • STEP 1: Contact our customer support team at support@tiretreadpro.com with your order number and the specific reason for your return.
  • STEP 2: Once approved, our team will authorize your return request.
    (⚠ CRITICAL NOTE: Please DO NOT return any products before your request is officially approved. Any packages arriving without prior official authorization will be rejected by the facility, making them completely ineligible for a refund.)
  • STEP 3: Package your items securely, ensuring our exclusive merchant identifier code RMA# RHCN042 is clearly visible on the package (see return address below). Once your return is received and inspected at our partnered return warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

You MUST write down "RMA# RHCN042" clearly on the outside of the returned package. Packages arriving without this exact identification code cannot be routed to our account and will be discarded by warehouse automated systems.

2. Condition of Returned Items (Strict Safety Standards)

For safety and strict quality control purposes regarding vehicular tires, once a tire has been altered from its factory-new condition, it is legally no longer returnable. To be eligible for a full refund, items must comply with the following criteria:

✅ Acceptable Returns (Eligible) ❌ Unacceptable Returns (Non-Refundable)
  • Brand new and completely unused.
  • In the exact same pristine condition that you received them.
  • Must be kept in their original packaging.
  • Products must not be assembled, mounted, or modified in any way.

We absolutely cannot accept returns or grant refunds if the off-road tires have been:

  • Mounted onto a rim/wheel.
  • Driven on or show any signs of road wear, dirt, or physical use.
  • Modified, studded, or siped in any manner.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

$0 Restocking Fees: We believe in honest pricing. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0) for standard returns.

Who Covers Return Freight Costs?

  • We Pay for Return Shipping if the return is due to our operational error:
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The item was damaged in transit.
    • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • The Customer Pays for Return Shipping if the return is due to personal preferences or ordering mistakes:
    • You ordered the wrong item.
    • You changed your mind or experienced buyer's remorse.
    • You no longer need the item.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your return package is successfully delivered to our partnered authorized return warehouse, inspected, and verified by them, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3–5 business days. Please note that a partial refund may apply if the item is returned with missing original parts or packaging elements.


5. Warranty

Our standard manufacturer warranty lasts one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. If one year has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a warranty refund or exchange.

Note on Extreme Usage: Due to the high-stress nature of off-road motorcycling, if component damage is determined to be caused by extreme violent impacts, crash damage, or extreme abusive riding conditions, our limited warranty period is capped at 6 months from the date of purchase.
